Qian pai Hua San Li

Qianpai Sanhuamei has the reputation of "the king of plums" and is a specialty from Xinyi.

Qianpai Sanhua Plum was optimized by grafting Sanhua Plum in Qianpai. Its fruit shape, color and taste are better than other Sanhua plums, so it is named Qianpai Sanhua Plum. Qianpai Sanhua plum pulp is rich in nutrition, deep red in color, fragrant in smell, crisp and refreshing in meat and sweet in fruit. The mature period is from late May to mid-June, and it is known as the "King of Lingnan Xia Guo".

Qianpai Sanhuamei is beautiful and delicious, which is different from others, depending on two conditions: first, the unique cold climate in the local area; The second is the continuous accumulation and improvement of production technology experience.

According to local agricultural technicians, the big fruit production of Sanhua plum is mainly related to fertilization, pruning at fruiting stage and fruit thinning. The greater the proportion of big fruit per plant, the higher the production technical requirements. Sanhua plum has two varieties: early maturity and late maturity.

Early maturity is from April to May, and late maturity is from late May to mid-June. Known as the "King of Lingnan Xia Guo". Early-maturing skin is bluish yellow, late-maturing appearance is ruddy and bright, and the flesh is purplish red. Sanhua plum quickly entered the market with its characteristics of large fruit, sweet and crisp, high quality and so on, and was favored by customers. Sanhuamei directly absorbs the best vitamins, and its unique taste is sweet, sour and crisp. After eating, it will still be eaten and will not feel astringent.

In the early 1970s (1974), Xinyi introduced and planted Sanhua plum in Danuo Village, Qianpai Town, and then expanded to Pingtang, Heshui, Xinbao, Chashan, Wang Sha, Hu Aixiang and other places. Because it is cool in Leng Xia in winter and the temperature difference between day and night is large, these places are ideal places for planting Sanhua plums.
